This Starts With Us.
When your daily news feed tells you that Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel, has nominated Donald Trump, President of the USA, for a Nobel Peace Prize, you know without doubt you live in a messed-up world; and you wonder just how much deeper the rot can travel. At various points in history the common man has staged protests against his government, but it now seems obvious that for decades, maybe even for centuries, it is the ruling elite class that has risen up in revolution against the people. In fact, I wonder if government has always just seen itself as a means to placate the masses, whilst ensuring the continuation of the privileged positions and lifestyles held by the elites. These elites have become such an entitled class they now act as though they are mini gods, with a divine right to control the weather and even to control our bodies and the human genome in terms of treatments and medications. Governments and these elites have plans – of course they do. They have had plans for many, many years. Some plans succeed and some fail. One example is that it’s highly likely that our fiat currency-based system is designed to fail and be replaced by a technocratic society where the currency lies in the energy resources. This entitled elite class is at the very least parasitic and psychopathic, perhaps bordering on demonic.
The arrival of the internet in the early 1980s coincided with the early beginnings of the new cultural and socio-economic paradigm, symbolised by the 200-year Jupiter/Saturn cycle in Air that fully began in 2020, a time when we were all distracted by the worldwide ‘pandemic’ and the first lockdowns in history. How convenient. Western political direction became fully global, and political dreams were no longer confined to the control and welfare of a single nation state.
Television ownership grew rapidly in the years following the end of WW2, providing a platform for the wider beginnings of the phenomenon of psychological ‘nudging’, that would by the present day become more shoving, rather than just nudging. Much as it may be difficult for Joe Public to get his head round, there are players high up in the echelons of power, many of them massively wealthy and powerful individuals involved in international finance, who have no care whatsoever for the health and security of the public - their economic slaves. And our governments dance to these people’s tune! The rules do not apply to them, and neither does the law. They consider themselves to be special, as they build their evil ‘hells on earth’ for the people; and it seems to me that the UK is a particular ‘testbed’ where they trial their worst.
Astrologically, Saturn and Neptune are now both retrograde, as they both take us slowly back into Pisces, before their historic conjunction on the Aries point on 20th February 2026. Will Saturn bring some realism to Neptune’s confusion of events, veiling of the truth and deceptions? Or will Saturn merely bring some sense of organisation to the chaos Neptune has brought? Maybe Neptune will erode and dissolve Saturn’s rigidity and control systems. Or will we see greater use of geofencing, as Saturn’s restrictions become more and more invisible (Neptune), with greater use of technological, unseen surveillance? In the UK greater controls and restrictions (Saturn) of the water (Neptune) industry are now proposed, mainly because so much of it will be required to cool the huge data centres that are being constructed. Will we even have enough water for ourselves? Neptune in Pisces highlighted the misuse of our most essential requirement of water by those who are supposed to be protecting it. So many potentials and possibilities. Mercury is also now retrograde in Leo until 11th August, giving us the opportunity to go back and refresh ourselves of what is really important to us.
In this ‘era of the polycrisis’, are people finding themselves so distracted, so confused and so overwhelmed by events that they are mentally unable to cope and understand what has happened to their lives? The lives they thought would just return to normal once the pandemic was over but, despite appearances, never actually did. The people have found themselves divided, almost made tribal, by many manufactured situations. We should ask ourselves: who benefits from this organised chaos? Because for sure it is not the people.
Eventually society appears to have whirled itself into a vortex of coping strategies, filled with smartphones, substances, food, alcohol, fat jabs, fake celebrities – anything that distracts from reality. Society sees what it is told to see. For an easy life the people agree that the emperor is not naked, he just has a new set of clothes!!!! The ordinary man appears paralysed from stepping outside his social group, unable to grasp that the very ruling classes he has learned to trust are actually working against him. He considers himself a free man only because that’s what he has been told. But even though he says he is free, censorship has made him more and more fearful of saying what he really thinks. So, he lives in a world of double speak confusion. On some level he knows he is imprisoned in a situation where he has learned not to question dogma, because questioning contains no benefits for him. He cannot question because he is reliant on the situation he is in to stay alive, a situation that all his peers appear to consider to be ‘normal’. So, he will just repeat the mantra that he has free will, whilst he waits it out for the pension that he may never receive. The smart cities that he has been told will be the way forward, full of convenience and easy living for everyone, may well turn out to be modern versions of the reservations created for the indigenous American Indians, the Australian Aborigines or the Maoris of New Zealand.
We have had the first taster of Saturn and Neptune stepping into their new roles in Aries, the first sign of the zodiac, and it is fast becoming obvious that one of this aspect’s meanings is that we have no choice but to become our own saviours, as symbolised by the sign of Aries – the importance of self. But our trust in the process of government has actually disempowered us towards feeling we have no potential whatsoever to be able to change anything. However, what is also really clear now and, despite what many believe, is that there really is no-one coming to save us. So, we have two alternatives – live our lives going forward as those who hold power have planned, or reclaim our responsibility for our own lives (Saturn), just as we should do anyway. Our new lives start with us, because we are the fire.
What is happening within this era of the polycrisis, and where is it leading us?
· Wars – in the Middle East/Israel and in Russia. In Huxley’s ‘1984’ there was always a ‘forever war’ to keep the people fearful. And wars are particularly great for this, but even better for the bankers and for the governments who get to fill up their coffers, as well as cover up exactly how they have spent our money. Europe, it seems, has already in effect declared war on Russia, something that Martin Armstrong considers will lead to its downfall. And he could well be right, especially as Russia has always been extremely adept at defending its land. Does Europe really have such hubris that it truly believes it can direct some kind of regime change that will allow them to take over Russia’s estimated $75 trillion of natural resource assets? Sweden has just approved conscription up to the age of 70! But, of course, the people pushing for war are never the ones to fight. However, the effect of wars goes much deeper, as areas become destabilised, leading those affected to try to find better lives for themselves. The end result of this is migration, much of it illegal, to countries they are told will bear the golden fruit, in turn leads to destabilisation in the countries they go to, together with a disruptive and undermining cultural divisiveness, particularly if governments have an underlying, hidden reason to welcome them. Eventually the disruption will lead the public to beg for the biometric control that the government wants to introduce, because the public has been led to believe that it will protect them from the potential terrorists brought into the country. However, it will merely push the common man further into the walls of his jail. With Saturn and Neptune now at their closest before next February, we can clearly see how this ‘organised chaos’ is reaching a ‘boiling point’ in the UK – both planets are being ‘heated up’ by virtue of being in a Fire sign. We can also clearly see ‘problem, reaction, solution’ at work. The solution will be digital ID – the absolute jewel in the crown and the goal of these elites, who will through this be able to control every facet of the people’s lives. It will bring the power to limit access to public services such as healthcare, alongside control over what can be bought and even what can be eaten. It will run right through medical facilities, public transport, banks, post offices. Without digital ID and a good credit score people will be shut out of the things they need.
· Climate crisis. Again, another means to keep the public in fear and to legislate restrictions; there’s been some kind of climate crisis warning ever since I was young, and that’s quite a long time. But now, we are told, there’s a way out of it in the form of ‘Net Zero’. Those who buy into this particular reasoning can exercise their own form of virtue signalling, just as they did with ‘saving granny’ and ‘I do what I do to protect others’. This time they are saving the planet for future generations. But, in effect, it will more likely compound public misery. ‘Sustainable development goals’ are parroted without most people ever understanding how far down the road to misery they will take society and how far-reaching they will be. Take a look at the full meaning for yourself.[1] Net Zero will enable total centralisation, so that the elites will be able to control the energy supply. It will be a form of currency, pricing many out of the energy they need but can no longer afford, effectively taking us back into feudalism. The whole essence of democracy is being phased out in favour of carbon footprint, travel restrictions and limits on free speech via a centralised master surveillance system – the ultimate in geo fencing (Saturn/Neptune).
· Censorship by the state and self-censorship in order to avoid upsetting others is also another means of control through fear and limiting what information is available to the public. This is a form of the mind control we saw so clearly during the lockdowns, as the propaganda machine gained almost absolute control of world news and sources of public information, and words became weaponised. Language is not just how we speak – it’s how we make sense of the world as we describe reality, build trust and express values. But words can be used to manipulate, hide the truth and control how we think and feel. Sometimes lies are told merely by bending the truth or omitting the truth. In different ways books such as Brave New World, 1984, Fahrenheit 451, to name but a few, have warned what happens when what we read is controlled/burned, etc. And, in today’s world of the ‘bite size’, we are also in danger of attention spans being shortened so that the public would prefer to read a summary rather than take the time to read a whole book, unless it’s the latest one Tik-Tok ‘suggests’ you read. The ability to think becomes lost and culture is destroyed. As Confucius said, ‘when words lose their meaning, people lost their freedoms’. Governments live or die by the sword of the people, so removing essences of democracy makes governance much easier. But we allow this chipping away at our peril.
As birth rates collapse, particularly in the West, where it has dropped below the rate of replacement, perhaps we forget how important the presence of community and family really is, particularly as economic collapse often follows. Children grow up today without knowing the value that both community and the support of the wider family bring. Perhaps this is what Pluto in Aquarius is demonstrating, showing us that society needs a much more beneficial system. With all the outer planets, from Saturn outwards, coming to a point where they will fully enter new signs (although this will not happen until April 2026) we can see that we are heading for something new. As these outer planets change signs they will move from the elements of Water and Earth into Air and Fire. Water and Earth together make mud, whilst Fire and Air together bring movement, the workings of the mind, vision, imagination, the latter needing thought, critical thought, to be effective and beneficial.
The socio-economic change in 2020 occurred just at the point when AI was knocking at the door, heavily symbolised by Pluto’s entry into Aquarius, and now Uranus’ position in Gemini heralds different ways of social interaction than we have been used to for some time. However, rather than ‘throw the baby out with the bath water’, just as alternative methods of medicine should be regarded as complementary, the same attitude should be taken with AI and human abilities. How much more enhanced could humanity become with the benefit of AI’s large language models that can search for and process information so much faster than the human brain? With the added combination of the emotional touch and intuitive abilities of humanity, how much further could the human race go if one complemented the other? So long as we can pioneer and progress, whilst setting aside the human ego (Neptune in Aries), how far could our mental abilities (Uranus in Gemini) soar? Just as the aspect of the three outers together with the bridge planets of Jupiter and Saturn in the mid 500s BCE heralded a new beginning in our level of consciousness, so this point in time is also perhaps auguring a sorely needed raising of conscious thought once again. For this to happen it is vital that we absorb the essence of all three archetypal meanings of the planets and signs involved in the triangular pattern, as psychological influencing appears to have reached a level where society’s willingness to accept the narratives of the current agenda is overwhelming, whilst the few that do challenge it are quickly silenced. Very few appear to be seeking real information in ‘the information age’, where many appear to be offended by information they just don’t like. Have we been steered towards today’s civilisation – a civilisation without conscious thought that moves unthinkingly forward, herded through a narrow tunnel that could bring its own destruction. Just like the emperor’s new clothes – we even go along with what we know to be ridiculous. For example, before an operation everyone under the age of 55 has a pregnancy test, whether male or female!!! We know it’s ridiculous, as well as a waste of money, but in the interest of ‘diversity, equity and inclusion’ we don’t say anything, we just go along with the farce.
We have to start somewhere, so why not start now, with us - and become a warrior for wisdom? Within our current level of consciousness the masses are in the main silent, saying and doing very little constructively about their situation. Intelligence is described as the ability to acquire and apply knowledge and skills. Intelligent comes from the Latin for understanding, but many intelligent people cannot think clearly and with emotion; they struggle with intuition, common sense and the ability to recognise patterns and cycles. It’s so easy for those who lead to lie about statistics because so many simply can’t put details together. But if we work intelligently, together with new technological discoveries (Pluto in Aquarius/Uranus in Gemini), we have a chance to be our own warriors for wisdom, particularly if we understand that the ego is based on fear, whilst the true self is actually fearless. The invisible and silent whisper in the background can either undermine us or empower us. So what better time to begin than now, as we move into a New Moon in Leo, on July 24th. This New Moon sits with a retrograde Mercury and makes a harmonious aspect to Saturn conjunct Neptune. Both aspects are in the element of Fire, and both are in signs that most represent the importance of the self – Leo and Aries. But astrologically, harmonious aspects are ‘lazy’ – they need the effort of conscious desire to remember that we have the ability to be warriors for wisdom. The historic triangular aspect is in action, but at the moment three of the four planets are retrograde, giving us time to gather our thoughts and plan our actions. This starts with us so, whilst consciously leaving behind the ego, fly high!!
